The Community Christmas dinner is a social action project that provides a free Christmas meal to any resident in Greater Manchester who one or all of the following applies to:
They are at risk of social isolation, this can be due to having no local support networks or being an elderly person with no family or a single person new to the area who is experiencing social exclusion or isolation.
It could be a family struggling with poverty and unable to provide a full Christmas dinner.
A single person struggling financially regardless of age, gender, religion or social class.
A person who is struggling with social integration and as a result will be isolated during the festive period.
